Had some nice additions, such as a fridge, an electric kettle, and a microwave. The bathroom was excellent here. Staff were amiable and lovely and the facilities were excellent.

The hosts have thought of everything for those travelling by car. The accommodation is well appointed and the gardens are peaceful with wildlife. A great location for walking and exploring the surrounding area.

We had a great 4-night stay at this place, it was such a lovely experience; we were able to use the kitchen to cook, and in the evenings, we enjoyed the beautiful garden views while the host was kind enough to meet us and provide all the necessary explanations.

It is also conveniently situated near a nice local pub where guests can enjoy a drink or a meal. For those looking for some outdoor activities, a walk up to the pub in Ham Hill offers stunning views. The room is well-stocked, spotlessly clean, and has beautiful views of the mill pond from the living area. The friendly and helpful service provided by the hosts adds to the pleasant experience.

A blind across the patio door would have provided more privacy at times.
